BPA Holds Meeting with Busan Port Container Terminal Operators

Busan Port Authority (BPA) held the "2023 3rd Busan Port Container Terminal Operators Presidents' Meeting" on the 25th in the conference room on the 3rd floor of its headquarters.

At the meeting, discussions were held on measures to enhance the efficiency of Busan Port operations, including ▲activation plans for the integrated port logistics platform ▲establishment plans for a disaster response terminal statistical information sharing system.

Following this, time was allocated to listen to the terminal operators' requests, such as ▲support for eco-friendly equipment conversion projects ▲introduction of a safety management system for personnel entering and exiting the terminal.

The 3rd Container Terminal Operators' Presidents Meeting of Busan Port Authority is currently underway.

Kang Jun-seok, President of BPA, stated, "With each meeting, the partnership with terminal operators is strengthening, and proposals to enhance Busan Port's competitiveness are becoming more sophisticated. We will further solidify the BPA-operator collaboration system to prepare sustainable port operation plans in response to internal and external environmental changes."
