Baedal Minjok organized an event to share the know-how of restaurants that survived the changed dining environment after the endemic. Woowa Brothers (CEO Lee Guk-hwan), which operates Baedal Minjok (Baemin), announced on the 26th that they have launched 'Baemin Focus Day' through Baemin Academy. Baemin Focus Day is an intensive seminar program created by Baemin Academy for dining industry self-employed workers and prospective entrepreneurs. Experts from various sectors of the dining industry will share the secrets of successful restaurants based on four key themes.
As the first session, a lecture by Diaryal CEO Lee Yun-hwa was held on the afternoon of the 24th at the Baemin Academy Gyeonggi Center in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province. CEO Lee cited examples of widely known restaurants that incorporate entertainment elements or combine unique histories, emphasizing the importance of creating a unique personality for the store rather than blindly copying others, and providing customers with a special experience through this.
Baemin Focus Day will subsequently hold seminars with keywords such as ▲Labor Shortage (Chef Jeong Ji-seon of T&Meemi, May 15 at Gyeonggi Center) ▲New Business (Go Pizza CEO Lim Jae-won, May 22 at Seoul Center) ▲Commercial District (GIS United CEO Song Gyu-bong, June 5 at Seoul Center). Additionally, a Q&A session will be held after the seminars where participants can directly ask questions they are curious about.
Kwon Yong-gyu, Head of the Dining Solution Center at Woowa Brothers, said, "Restaurant owners are increasingly concerned about the changed dining environment after the endemic, which is why we held this seminar," adding, "Baemin Academy will continue to develop educational programs that can provide practical help."
