The Claim Green Institutions were selected from institutions that met qualification criteria such as no occurrence of long-term care benefit cost review adjustments or recoveries, targeting those with the highest total scores in each selection criterion category. Among the 31,417 institutions that filed benefit cost claims last year, these outstanding institutions belong to the top 1%, including 200 home care institutions (home visit care, home visit bathing, home visit nursing) and 130 facility institutions (including day and night care and short-term protection).

The NHIS provides incentives to long-term care institutions selected as Claim Green Institutions, such as awarding certificates, promoting them on the website, marking them as Claim Green Institutions in institution status data provided for civil complaints, and sending sharing materials every month that include claim reference data and NHIS operational status.

An NHIS official stated, "Long-term care institutions are very interested in whether they are selected as Claim Green Institutions," adding, "We hope that the selected Claim Green Institutions will play a role in strengthening the institutions' autonomous function to claim accurately themselves and contribute to establishing a proper claim culture."

The Claim Green Institutions selected this time can be checked on the institution search screen of the Elderly Long-term Care Insurance website.
