This Year, One-on-One Consultations with Overseas Police Held at the International Security Industry Expo

The International Public Security Industry Expo, hosted by the National Police Agency, has been selected as an Excellent Trade Exhibition for three consecutive years.

The Excellent Trade Exhibition is a government-funded project promoted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy to revitalize the exhibition industry and foster outstanding domestic exhibitions. Selected exhibitions can receive up to 100 million KRW in budget support.

The International Public Security Industry Expo obtained certification from the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) last year, achieving record results with about 200 public security-related companies and approximately 16,000 attendees participating. This year, the expo plans to expand corporate support programs and citizen experience events.

Additionally, the International Police Chiefs Symposium (IPS), attended by police chiefs from around the world, will be held during the same period, with one-on-one consultations with overseas police officers also scheduled.

A National Police Agency official stated, "We will fulfill our role as a catalyst for the promotion of the public security industry so that domestic small and medium-sized enterprises with excellent technology and products can grow into world-leading companies."
