On the 24th, Lotte Construction held the ‘2023 Excellent Partner Company’ awards ceremony at Lotte Hotel Seoul and announced on the 25th that 74 companies were selected as excellent partner companies.
Lotte Construction selected and rewarded excellent partner companies to express gratitude to those who did their best to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to construction schedules at the sites. In particular, this year, the contract priority negotiation rights, the most preferred reward system by partner companies, were expanded and awarded to three companies selected as grand prize winners in the construction and safety fields.
The selected top excellent partner companies and excellent partner companies will receive reward money of 30 million KRW and 5 million KRW respectively. In addition, various benefits are provided, such as expanded contract opportunities, exemption or reduction of contract performance bonds, and priority when applying for management improvement consulting programs linked with the Win-Win Growth Fund and specialized institutions.
Through these rewards, it is expected to not only motivate partner companies but also create an environment that can further strengthen quality and safety at the sites.
A Lotte Construction official said, “We have been providing rewards that are practically helpful to excellent partner companies to coexist with our partners, and we have strengthened the system by expanding the reward system most preferred by partner companies. We will continue to strive to boost partner companies’ morale and maintain win-win cooperation by expanding various win-win growth systems.”
Meanwhile, Lotte Construction is conducting various support activities for partner companies. It pays 100% of subcontract payments to external partner companies in cash, operates direct loans of 15 billion KRW lent interest-free to partner companies, and manages a Win-Win Growth Fund of 57 billion KRW. In addition, as a token of appreciation for the efforts of partner companies that have maintained long-term business relationships for over 20 years, it provides customized consulting vouchers tailored to each company’s needs, such as finance, taxation, and labor.
