As the upcoming summer approaches, interest in diet and body management products at convenience stores is increasing.
According to Emart24 on the 25th, sales of salad, fruit, zero-calorie, and protein products in the second quarter of last year increased by 60-90% compared to the first quarter. From January 1 to April 23 of this year, sales grew by 70-80% compared to the previous year.
Emart24 will sell two types of Celsius (Raspberry Acai and Peach Mango), which ranked first in sales among Amazon energy drink products, on the 27th. These products are not only zero-calorie but also contain more than 100% of the daily recommended intake of seven essential vitamins and 100mg of natural caffeine. Additionally, they are characterized by being free of gluten, preservatives, artificial flavors, aspartame, high-fructose corn syrup, and sugar.
An Emart24 representative said, “Following the healthy pleasure trend, we expect continued customer response to zero-calorie and protein products, so we plan to continuously expand related products and strengthen discount benefits.”
