The company The White Communication (TWC) announced on the 25th that it has advanced its AI-based integrated consultation solution by integrating 'ChatGPT' into its proprietary AI engine.

When a consultation inquiry comes through the TWC solution, the optimal consultation response is provided by combining TWC’s proprietary AI engine with ChatGPT based on the customer consultation data accumulated by the company. Consultants can immediately utilize the recommended responses in customer consultations. The newly generated learning data through this process is stored as information to strengthen the AI engine and is used in subsequent consultations.


In addition, TWC has developed an AI-based consultation feature that enables consultations without waiting during consultants’ off-hours or peak consultation times to enhance customer convenience. An automatic report generation function has also completed testing, allowing client companies to check reports based on desired criteria using data secured by TWC. Furthermore, a customer relationship management (CRM) function that enables customized message marketing by utilizing accumulated customer data from companies has also completed testing.
