Employment support programs, such as job lectures for graduates, will also be provided.

The training is completely free, with support for training allowances and certification acquisition costs. The training will be conducted face-to-face at the Gyeonggi Technical School located in Hwaseong City from May to September. Applications can be submitted through the Gyeonggi Job Foundation integrated application system by the 12th of next month.

Ahn Chi-kwon, Director of the Job and Economic Policy Division of the province, emphasized, "While the automotive industry paradigm is shifting from internal combustion engines to electric vehicles, maintenance personnel are in severe shortage.
