Closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage at the time shows A approaching Mr. B, who was coming from the opposite direction, and suddenly assaulting him. A kicked Mr. B several times, slapped him, and forcefully pushed him against a wall.
Even after Mr. B fell to the ground, A's assault did not stop. The CCTV also captured Mr. B writhing in pain on the ground.
Due to the injuries from the assault that day, Mr. B has had 8 teeth and 3 ribs broken and has been hospitalized for nearly a month receiving treatment.

Police investigation revealed that A was intoxicated at the time of the assault. In particular, A reportedly told the police, "I hit him because I felt bad that the man was looking at me." A, who was already under probation for other crimes, is expected to be sent to juvenile court soon.
