Hana Securities announced on the 24th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Print Bakery to connect finance and artworks.
Print Bakery is an affiliate of Gana Art Center, the largest art center in Korea, and Seoul Auction, an art auction company. With the motto of a lifestyle with art, it operates online commerce as well as eight offline stores and galleries nationwide.
Through the business agreement with Print Bakery, Hana Securities plans to establish various business models utilizing Print Bakery’s intellectual property, including issuing non-fungible tokens (NFTs) related to artworks and metaverse projects, and aims to create diverse business opportunities related to security tokens in the future.
Im Sang-su, Head of the WM Group at Hana Securities, said, "Hana Securities will join forces with Print Bakery to develop pioneering future investment asset-related services in the art field and provide customers with opportunities to experience them in advance. We will continue to make steady efforts to expand STO content."
Hana Securities is also continuously expanding its territory in the STO field by signing business agreements with Lucent Block, PMX, and others.
