Shinsegae Duty Free announced on the 24th that its 24-hour chatbot, which assists on-site employees with their tasks, is receiving great response.
On the 3rd, Shinsegae Duty Free introduced a KakaoTalk-based conversational chatbot for 1,000 employees at its Myeongdong store. Through this, on-site employees can check information one-on-one about work methods, in-store facility locations, products or services, duty-free related laws and regulations, and safety matters. They can also immediately inquire about and verify various duty-free related laws and regulations. Additionally, they can utilize various functions such as work attendance verification, facility location guidance, categorized questions at a glance, and themed activities.
Shinsegae Duty Free plans to expand the chatbot, currently being piloted at the Myeongdong store, to its Incheon Airport and Busan stores in the future.
