"Experience, Gifts, Luxury" Family Month, Kicance Also Segmented

In celebration of Family Month in May, the hotel industry is rolling out various forms of 'Kikangs (Kids + Staycations)' packages. These range from packages that allow families to spend private time together in their rooms to those that include special gifts for children.

According to the hotel industry on the 22nd, Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul is offering the 'Suite Family' package until June 23, allowing families to enjoy a relaxing time together while staying in a suite room. With a relaxation pool and separate bedroom and living room, guests can enjoy a leisurely staycation in the 'Namsan Pool Premier Suite' room. The package includes in-room dining breakfast for two, and a skincare set of three items from the vegan infant cosmetic brand Dear B is also provided as a gift. It also includes one extra bed, access to the fitness center and indoor swimming pool, and in collaboration with Bugaboo, stroller and crib rental services are offered to guests with infants.

Four Seasons Hotel Seoul has launched the 'Tiny Explorer at Four Seasons' package until June 30. It includes a one-night stay, breakfast buffet for two adults, up to three tickets for 'The Museum is Alive + Dynamic Maze,' weekend kids lounge access including one paid activity, free valet parking upon check-in, a Four Seasons signature bulldog doll gift, free setup of a kids' tent in the room, baby crib, baby bathtub, diapers, diaper disposal bin, kids' body wash and lotion, soap, kids' bathrobe, slippers, and various other kids' items available upon request depending on the child's age. There is also a benefit of free buffet access for children under seven years old staying with their parents until May 31.

Lotte Hotel World is offering the '2023 Lotte World Signature' package, allowing guests to fully enjoy a staycation in collaboration with Lotte World Adventure. This is Lotte Hotel World's most popular room package, consisting of a one-night stay, breakfast for two adults, and two Lotte World free admission tickets. The package is available until December 31. This year, Lotte Hotel World opened the 'Wonder Door,' which directly connects to Lotte World. Guests can enter Lotte World just a few steps away. Guests using exclusive tickets provided through hotel packages or on-site hotel purchases receive the 'Wonder Chance' benefit. During the stay, guests can re-enter Lotte World once on the same day even after exiting through any of Lotte World's gates.

Grand Hyatt Seoul Hotel is introducing a kids package for family customers in collaboration with premium domestic children's clothing brand Bebedpino. The 'My Dear Little Bebe' package includes a limited edition children's robe and Bebedpino puzzle set created in partnership with Grand Hyatt Seoul, a 100,000 KRW credit usable at Grand Hyatt Hotel's food and beverage outlets, a 10% discount coupon for Club Olympus ice rink, and a one-hour indoor swimming pool pass. This package is available until August 31.

Courtyard Marriott Seoul Namdaemun Hotel is offering the 'Travel with Kids Package' until August 31. It includes a one-night stay, breakfast buffet at Momocafe for two adults and up to two children under 12 years old, and a three-piece pediatric skincare set from the Spanish dermocosmetic brand Babe. From April 29 to May 7, a Children's Day event will be held where the first 50 rooms checking in will receive a cooking experience sticker book 'Sticook Popular Recipes' as a Children's Day gift.

Legoland Hotel is selling the New Lego Friends package, where guests can meet the new Friends series at Legoland Hotel and the theme park, until June 6. The package includes breakfast for two adults and up to three children during the hotel stay. Guests can enjoy a stamp tour within the theme park to meet the new Lego Friends. During the stay, families can receive one new Lego Friends product, a limited edition cross bag, and a notebook set once at the Little Big Shop, a retail store located on the second floor of Legoland Hotel. On Children's Day and every Saturday in May (6th, 13th, 20th, 27th), fireworks and various entertainment performances for infants and toddlers are scheduled.
