Seodaemun-gu Activates Communication Channel for Apartment Complexes 'S-apt System'

For Resident Decision-Making Through Electronic Approval, Transparent Apartment Management, and Rapid Disaster Situation Communication

Seodaemun-gu (District Mayor Lee Seongheon) is activating the ‘S-apt System’ to ensure transparent information disclosure and convenient management of apartment complexes in the area.

This system is an online platform developed by Seoul City, which enables resident decision-making through non-face-to-face electronic approval and rapid communication of situations in case of disasters.

Also, when exchanging official documents with external organizations such as government offices, using this system instead of fax or mail speeds up work processing, and residents can conveniently check the relevant information on their PCs or smartphones, helping to manage apartments transparently.

Last month, the district inspected the ‘S-apt Electronic Document Disclosure Items’ targeting apartment complexes subject to mandatory management in the area.

Furthermore, to encourage the use of this system, the district reflects the usage status in the evaluation of the ‘Apartment Support Project,’ which partially covers the cost of managing common facilities.

In June this year, training will also be conducted for apartment complex managers in the area to facilitate smooth use of the S-apt system in practical fieldwork.

Lee Seongheon, Mayor of Seodaemun-gu, said, “We will actively support the activation of the S-apt system so that apartment management can be carried out more efficiently and transparently by guaranteeing residents’ right to know.”
