Instructions must never be abstract. It is as important to ensure they are not misunderstood as it is to ensure they are well understood. Especially for complex tasks, instructions must be clear. This is something that superiors, not subordinates, need to learn. If a complex task is not carried out clearly, it means the person giving the instructions does not fully understand the content. Ultimately, giving unclear instructions and expecting others to understand the intent and handle the work accordingly is the same thing. - p.35

As a CEO, I naturally want my employees to be people with general knowledge. A normal company can only be built by working with people who can think about common sense in a common-sense way. Therefore, I exclude employees who do not have a serious attitude toward the things listed above. If there is already someone among the employees who is serious about these things, you should consider promoting them. If you are one of those people, hide it from today. It is shameful as a manager. - p.123

Business must always stand between expertise and versatility. You need to consider and examine whether you are running a business with no way out. If there is absolutely no way out, you should gather the assets earned from that business and invest in a business with an exit. If you are currently running a business with no exit at all, you must always prepare enough reserve funds to survive for at least a few months without any income so that you can survive after the storm passes. If my meticulousness has grown the company this far, my meticulousness can also ruin the company. If my warm heart has grown the company this far, my warmth can also ruin the company. My diligence, my philosophy, my sharp eye, my sincerity, my delicacy, my charisma?at some times they save me, and at other times they kill me. Therefore, never understand any value as an absolute value, but always accept and understand change. - pp.132-133
