Inseon ENT "Acquires 45.2 Billion KRW in Joint Venture Shares of E&F Diamond"

Inseon ENT announced on the 20th that it will acquire 45,326,830,000 shares of the financial investment company E&F Diamond Private Equity Partnership for approximately 45.2 billion KRW.


After acquiring the shares, Inseon ENT's stake will be 20.34%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 21st.


Inseon ENT stated, "We are acquiring the shares to diversify our business and secure new growth engines."
