Meta Labs announced on the 20th that it will additionally acquire 22,370 shares of medical consulting company Momo Labs for approximately 3.7 billion KRW.
After the stock acquisition, Meta Labs' stake in Momo Labs will be 55.85%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the day of the announcement.
Meta Labs stated, "The purpose of acquiring the shares is to secure growth momentum for the company through the expansion of hospital management support (MSO) and healthcare platform businesses."
