"From Charging to Car Wash" Genesis Launches EV Service Package

Genesis launched the 'EV Service Package' for electric vehicle customers on the 20th.

The 'EV Service Package' is a program that bundles products reflecting the needs of luxury electric vehicle owners into one package through collaboration with various partners. It aims to enhance customer satisfaction by providing benefits necessary for electric vehicle management along with conveniences that consider lifestyle.

The EV Service Package is divided into 'ADVANCE' and 'PREMIUM' packages depending on whether electric vehicle charging credit benefits are included.

The Advance package basically consists of ▲replacement service for four Michelin OE tires installed at delivery ▲three vouchers for Bullsone premium car washes. Customers can also choose one additional service from ▲100,000 KRW H prepaid card voucher for Hyundai Department Store Duty-Free ▲two vouchers for Hi Caddy golf caddy bag delivery service.

The Premium package includes the Advance package plus an additional 600,000 KRW charging credit from SK E-Link. This charging credit can be used with a single card at Hyundai Motor Group’s ultra-fast charging infrastructure E-Pit, Genesis EV charging stations, as well as SK E-Link charging stations and roaming partner charging stations.

The EV Service Package can be used at any desired time within one year from the date of purchase.

The price of the Advance package starts at 1,480,000 KRW based on the GV60 (19-inch wheels). Customers can receive a 5% discount when paying with the Genesis exclusive credit card and can also use Genesis membership points.

A Genesis representative said, "Through the launch of this EV Service Package, we aimed to enhance the ownership experience of customers who own luxury electric vehicles," adding, "We plan to continuously introduce services that actively reflect customer lifestyles."
