On the 20th, Disability Day, at Samgakji Station on Seoul Subway Line 4 in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, officials from Seoul Metro blocked a group of disabled persons from boarding the subway. In response, Park Kyung-seok, the executive representative of the National Solidarity for the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities, demanded to board the subway while throwing chrysanthemums.
