The newly formed Junior Board consists of 28 MZ generation members. The 4th Junior Board will participate in policy proposal activities aimed at organizational culture innovation and work improvement for nine months from this month through December.
The previous day, KNA presented appointment letters to the Junior Board members and arranged a communication session between Chairman Ryu Gwang-su and the Junior Board members.

This year, building on last year's achievements, the focus will be on innovating organizational culture by promoting communication programs between juniors and seniors, strengthening innovation capability training, conducting case studies, presenting proposals, and making management suggestions to the board of directors.
Chairman Ryu Gwang-su of KNA said, "We expect MZ generation employees to take center stage in institutional innovation through their participation in the Junior Board, freely express their opinions, and invigorate the organization." He added, "KNA will focus on achieving management innovation with a youthful sensibility based on communication and empathy."
