Dongwon F&B announced on the 20th that it has launched 'Denmark Ricotta Lemon,' made in the authentic Italian style, and is strengthening its competitiveness in the natural cheese market.

Denmark Ricotta Lemon is an authentic Italian natural cheese made by boiling whey (skimmed milk) obtained when boiling milk once more. It is characterized by a mild and savory taste. Made from 100% domestic raw milk (based on raw material milk), it is fresher and has a soft texture, making it ideal for use as a salad ingredient or spread on bread.

To celebrate the launch of the new product, Dongwon F&B is collaborating with 'Crispy Fresh,' a premium salad cafe operated by Dongwon Home Food, to introduce a new menu featuring Denmark Ricotta Lemon. The 'Shrimp & Lemon Ricotta Ball' is a healthy and hearty meal that can be enjoyed with fresh salad topped generously with tangy ricotta lemon cheese and spicy shrimp.

A Dongwon F&B official stated, “As consumers’ tastes become more sophisticated and diverse, the domestic cheese market is shifting from processed cheese in sliced form to premium natural cheeses such as ricotta and burrata.
