Experts from various fields, including the Deputy County Governor, Uljin Police Station, Uljin Fire Station, Korea Electric Power Corporation, and Korea Gas Safety Corporation, participated on-site to prevent safety accidents during the Harmony Concert for the success of the 61st Gyeongbuk Provincial Sports Festival on the 20th and the open event of the 61st Gyeongbuk Provincial Sports Festival on April 21.

Using a safety management inspection checklist, they focused on inspecting the event venue and facilities, checking for any structural defects, and assessing the safety management status of electrical, gas, and fire facilities, as well as risk factors for safety accidents due to temporary crowding at the opening of the event.

Additionally, the Uljin Police Station (Chief Kang Myung-won) actively cooperated with related organizations to ensure a safe provincial sports festival by supporting a "crowd control special vehicle" to prevent safety accidents caused by crowd congestion.

County Governor Son Byung-bok stated, "We are thoroughly preparing with the determination not to allow a single safety accident during this Provincial Sports Festival, and we ask everyone to do their best until the end of the event." He also requested, "We ask all residents to show great interest and support so that the successful hosting of the Provincial Sports Festival can widely promote the status of Uljin-gun."
