A fire broke out in the underground bathhouse of a nursing hospital in Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do, prompting the fire authorities to issue a Level 2 response and conduct search operations.
At around 2:39 PM on the 19th, a fire occurred in the basement first-floor bathhouse of a nursing hospital in Hwasun-eup, Hwasun-gun.
So far, out of 136 patients in the nursing hospital, 121 evacuated on their own, and 15 were rescued. Among 13 people who inhaled smoke, one person was transported in an unconscious state.

The fire authorities estimate that the fire started during maintenance and repair work in the underground boiler room.
A fire also broke out in the basement first-floor bathhouse of this nursing hospital on the 10th, causing an emergency evacuation of about 100 patients and others.
The fire authorities plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage once the internal search and fire extinguishing are completed.
