LK Ventures, which operates the self-photo studio 'Insaeng Ne Cut,' is accelerating its expansion into overseas markets.
Recently selected as a 'Promising Company' in KOTRA's service BM support project, LK Ventures will receive various support necessary for overseas expansion. Through this, they plan to increase the number of export countries by more than 20.
Insaeng Ne Cut stores have been operating in 62 locations across 9 countries, including the United States, Japan, New Zealand, and Singapore, starting with the first store opening in Manhattan in 2019. With the global Korean Wave gaining momentum, self-photo shooting is also becoming popular worldwide.
Earlier, LK Ventures participated in the '2023 First Half Boom-Up Korea Export Consultation' held at COEX, Seoul, on the 12th and 13th. They introduced and demonstrated Insaeng Ne Cut to overseas buyers and officials.
Junhyung Kim, Vice President of LK Ventures, stated, "We will focus on expanding our overseas market presence and increase the proportion of overseas transaction volume to over 35% by next year." He added, "We will also concentrate on developing services that can enhance customer satisfaction, such as diversifying store content."
LK Ventures is undertaking the renewal of the Insaeng Ne Cut application and the digital transformation of offline stores. Based on sales growth, they plan to proceed with an initial public offering (IPO) in the future.
