Joint Labor-Management Declaration Ceremony Held

Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam held a joint labor-management declaration ceremony on the 19th to eradicate workplace harassment and sexual misconduct.

Gyeongnam Changwon Facilities Corporation held a joint labor-management declaration ceremony to eradicate workplace bullying and sexual misconduct.

At the ceremony, Chairman Kim Jonghae, Labor Union Chairman Lee Seongwoo, executives, and union officials attended, and the event proceeded with the reading of the declaration, signing ceremony, and commemorative photo session.

The corporation's labor and management adopted a joint declaration that included efforts to create a horizontal organizational culture, strengthening preventive education against workplace harassment and sexual misconduct, strict punishment without tolerance in case of misconduct, prohibition of disadvantages to reporters, and establishment of a cooperative and considerate organizational culture.

Chairman Kim said, “Let us work together as labor and management to become a healthy organization that respects and cares for each other for the new future of the corporation.”
