Com2Verse Releases Virtual Office Visual Video... Commercialization in Q2

Com2Verse, a metaverse specialist company affiliated with Com2uS, released a video on YouTube on the 19th showcasing the actual virtual office environment of Com2Verse, which is scheduled for commercialization in the second quarter of this year.

The video demonstrates various communication functions such as conversations with colleagues, meetings, and presentations, introducing a virtual office environment that seamlessly connects online and offline interactions.

The main workspace, called the team room, is created as an independent space accessible only to team members. It allows users to check various contents and information related to team projects, such as documents and schedules, and freely conduct presentations and meetings using visual materials with team members.

Meeting rooms for inter-departmental collaboration and internal and external communication are also provided. Upon entering, a voice call is initiated, and a meeting minutes function based on voice recognition technology is introduced, automatically documenting the meeting and sharing it with all participants.

The community formation with colleagues and the HR system are also optimized for the virtual environment. A communication environment is created in the main lobby, accessible to all employees, where they can freely converse. When an avatar enters a designated space, the voice call function is automatically activated without a separate invitation, enabling direct voice communication.

A board is set up in the lobby to check company news and announcements, and the lobby entrance is linked with the corporate HR system. Attendance is automatically recorded when an avatar passes through, enhancing both security and efficiency.

The virtual office development was completed earlier this year, and work is currently underway to improve detailed design quality and user experience. Commercialization of the office for corporations and the general public will begin in the second quarter of this year. In the third quarter, the scope will expand to the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector, including private land sales and convention centers, with plans to extend to various partner companies’ metaverse services in the first half of next year.

Lee Kyung-il, CEO of Com2Verse, stated, “We have been focusing intensively on planning and developing metaverse services to the extent that we are about to launch the first commercial version just one year after the corporation’s establishment,” adding, “We will continue to build a strong metaverse alliance through investments and partnerships with leading companies across various industries.”
