Hana Bank announced on the 19th that it will strengthen the financial and non-financial services of ‘SajangnimON,’ a mobile platform exclusively for individual business owners.
Hana Bank’s ‘SajangnimON’ is a mobile platform specialized for individual business owners (SOHO) that was newly established in November last year, considering the increasing number of digital transaction individual business customers. It is available through Hana Bank’s applications ‘Hana One Q’ and ‘Hana One Q Enterprise.’ Currently, it offers services for individual business owners such as ▲labor services (simple preparation and issuance of employment contracts and pay slips) ▲influencer promotion services ▲customized policy fund inquiry services ▲customized consultation services for business owners.
Hana Bank plans to strengthen support for individual business owners by introducing new services. First, starting from the 25th of this month, it will provide a simple transaction history transmission function. This service allows users to easily send transaction histories of deposits and withdrawals, loans, and retirement pensions necessary for income reporting of individual business owners via email. Transaction histories from multiple Hana Bank accounts can be sent at once.
Later, the bank plans to add ▲sales analysis and store review management services ▲expense security services ▲simple quotation creation and settlement management services to enhance convenience.
A Hana Bank official emphasized, “Through ‘SajangnimON,’ we will expand financial and non-financial support by industry and business cycle to provide practical help to individual business owners facing difficulties.”
