Paris Baguette announced on the 19th that it will launch the ‘Amare Cherry Bingsu,’ made with Italian wild cherries, to welcome the early heat.
The Amare Cherry Bingsu is filled with syrup made from Italian Amarena cherries poured generously over soft and fluffy snowflake milk ice, delivering a refreshing and sweet flavor. The bingsu is finished with pitted cherries placed on top of the shimmering red cherry ice.
Amarena cherries are wild cherries grown in Bologna, Italy, known for their rich juice and pleasant tartness. The Amarena cherry syrup is made using a homemade recipe with a 115-year tradition, characterized by its rich taste and fresh aroma.
The new product is also available as a 16oz (about 500ml) ‘Amare Cherry Cup Bingsu,’ targeting solo consumers who enjoy bingsu lightly on their own.
Paris Baguette also introduces the ‘Pine Coconut Bingsu,’ featuring summer’s representative tropical fruits, mango and pineapple. Sweet coconut and pineapple-flavored ice is topped generously with mango flesh and crispy coconut chips, allowing you to enjoy the natural sweet and tangy taste of the fruits along with a variety of textures.
