Lee Seung-min is the human triumph who is active as a professional golfer despite having autism spectrum disorder. He was diagnosed with congenital autism spectrum disorder around the age of two. In 2014, when he was a second-year student at Sinseong High School, he earned KPGA semi-pro qualification, and in 2017, he became a full member of the Korean Tour. Lee Seung-min gained the spotlight last July by winning the inaugural US Adaptive Open (the US Open for disabled players). He has also demonstrated his skills by participating as an invited player on the domestic professional stage.

If Lee Seung-min advances to the main round at the Golfzon Open, it will be his third time passing the cut in a domestic tournament and his fourth overall. He reached the main stage at the 2018 DB Insurance Promy Open, the 2019 China Tour Shenzhou Peninsula Open, and the 2022 SK Telecom Open. Lee Seung-min’s best Korean Tour finish is 62nd place at the DB Insurance Promy Open.

Lee Seung-min said, "As an amateur, I used to come to Golfzon County Ora every April to participate in the Jeju Governor’s Cup Junior Golf Championship," adding, "It feels truly special to come to this golf course again after turning professional." He continued, "During winter training camp, I worked hard to improve my weaknesses," and stated his goal: "I will record 2-under par each round and aim to finish within the top 30 on the final day."
