LH to Offer 6,353 Housing Units This Year... Briefing Session to Be Held on the 20th

New Supply of 1944 Land Parcels and 182 Commercial Units within the Complex

Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 18th that it will hold the "2023 Land and Housing Supply Plan Briefing" on the 20th at the auditorium on the first floor of the LH Gyeonggi Southern Regional Headquarters.

The newly supplied sale housing units total 6,353, including 5,181 units in 11 districts in the metropolitan area. In the metropolitan area, new supplies include ▲ Incheon Gyeyang (public sale 747 units, newlywed hope town 359 units) ▲ Seoul Gongneung (newlywed hope town 154 units) ▲ Goyang Janghang (newlywed hope town 371 units), among others. In the provincial areas, ▲ Busan Munhyeon 2 (public sale 768 units) ▲ Namwonju Station Area (newlywed hope town, 404 units) are planned.

The total land supplied is 1,944 parcels (4,486,000㎡), and the newly supplied sale housing units and commercial units within complexes are 6,353 units and 182 units, respectively. In the metropolitan area, 1,092 parcels (2,052,000㎡) and in the provincial areas, 852 parcels (2,434,000㎡) will be supplied. Major districts include ▲ Incheon Yeongjong 193 parcels (263,000㎡) ▲ Hwaseong Dongtan 2 27 parcels (203,000㎡) ▲ Pyeongtaek Godeok 29 parcels (192,000㎡) ▲ Yangju Hoecheon 121 parcels (132,000㎡), among others.

The commercial units within complexes are planned to be 182 units, including 166 units in the metropolitan area. Commercial units will be supplied in complexes scheduled for move-in this year, such as Incheon Geomdan, Incheon Yeongjong, Siheung Janghyeon, Pyeongtaek Godeok, and Uiwang Chopyeong.

Meanwhile, LH will also conduct lectures for attendees at the briefing. No separate application is required; visitors can attend on-site on the day of the event. Booklets and leaflets containing the presentation materials will be available at the venue.

An LH official said, "At this briefing, not only will we explain the land and housing supply plans that LH will introduce after April, but consultations on nationwide areas of interest will also be possible."
