Gwangju TP Selected as Lead Organization for 'Technology Transaction Promotion Network Project'

Gwangju Technopark announced on the 18th that it has been selected as the lead institution of the Gwangju-Jeonnam consortium for the "Technology Transaction Promotion Network Project" promoted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

This project involves establishing a cooperative system between Technoparks and private technology transaction institutions to support the growth of technology companies by discovering domestic and international demand technologies, providing technology coaching, technology transfer, and technology commercialization for local small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies.

Gwangju TP will serve as the lead institution, while Jeonnam TP, Edi Research, and Patent Corporation Inno will participate as partner institutions.

Director Kim Young-jip stated, "To create a technology growth ecosystem for local companies, we will do our best to act as a smart partner to acquire excellent technologies, enhance technological capabilities, and succeed in commercialization."
