Angel-in-us Introduces Unique Bakery Products Using Local Agricultural Produce

Angel-in-us announced on the 18th that it provides a differentiated customer experience by offering unique bakery products made with local agricultural products.

Angel-in-us operates about 28 'Bakery Cafes' nationwide, where customers can enjoy freshly baked warm bakery products and fresh coffee through collaboration with famous local bakery brands. The company plans to gradually expand this through renewals and new openings this year.


In addition, to add uniqueness to the bakery products, they launched special bakery menus using local agricultural products that can only be experienced at specific regional stores.


Angel-in-us Daejeon Yuseong DI branch, in collaboration with the famous Daejeon bakery brand 'Sonsu Bakery,' introduced the 'Gongju Chestnut Bread' made with chestnuts, a specialty of Gongju, Chungnam. Angel-in-us Jeju Airport Outdoor Plaza branch, in collaboration with the French dessert specialty store 'Maison MO,' sells 'Angelbang,' a madeleine made with peanuts, a representative agricultural product of Udo, Jeju.


Customers can enjoy the freshness and flavor of local agricultural products, and Angelbang ranked first in sales among all menu items at the Jeju Airport Outdoor Plaza branch last month, receiving positive responses from customers.
