Four Seasons Hotel Seoul will introduce a shaved ice dessert priced in the 100,000 KRW range featuring Jeju-grown apple mangoes starting next month.
On the 18th, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul announced that from May 1 to September 30, it will hold a 'Bingsu Promotion' where guests can enjoy five types of luxury shaved ice desserts, including Jeju apple mango bingsu.
During the promotion period, the 'Jeju Apple Mango Garden Bingsu' and 'Maru Bingsu' will be available year-round, while the other three varieties will be sold for a limited time only.
The year-round Jeju Apple Mango Garden Bingsu contains more than two whole premium Jeju apple mangoes sliced inside. The price is 126,000 KRW. The Maru Bingsu, made primarily with red bean paste and injeolmi (Korean rice cake), is priced at 78,000 KRW.
Until the end of June, the 'Berry & Granola Bingsu' will be offered, made with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. The price is 86,000 KRW.
From July to the end of August, the 'Earl Grey Pearl & Peach Bingsu' featuring seasonal peaches will be available, and in September, the 'Honey Fig Bingsu' made mainly with figs will be sold. Both are priced at 86,000 KRW.
