Gwangju Dongbu Police Station Launches 'Drug Crime Prevention' Campaign in Academy District

The Gwangju Dongbu Police Station announced on the 18th that it conducted a 'Youth Drug Crime Prevention Campaign' in the local academy district.

This initiative was promoted in response to new types of crimes such as the 'drug beverage distribution incident' that recently occurred around the Gangnam academy area.

At the scene, the police distributed promotional leaflets aimed at preventing drug crimes and informed about cases of drug beverage damage and the dangers of youth drug addiction.

A police official stated, "We will continue special education on drug crimes and various prevention promotional activities," adding, "We will work harder to ensure that youths can grow up in a safe environment."
