After 4 Years... DB Insurance Awards 2022 Annual Prizes

From Sales Champions to Social Contribution Awardees, Over 900 Attendees

DB Insurance held a full awards ceremony for insurance planners (PAs) and employees for the first time in four years.

On the 18th, DB Insurance announced that it held the '2022 DB Insurance Annual Awards Ceremony' on the 14th at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 2 in Ilsan, Goyang City.

This ceremony was a unified awards event attended by all awardees and about 900 employees for the first time in four years since 2019. Among the PAs, 873 annual award winners and Hall of Fame members were selected based on outstanding sales performance and customer satisfaction indicators (retention rate, incomplete sales rate, etc.). Additionally, 75 winners from the new business and overseas business divisions also attended the ceremony.

The highest honor of the annual awards, the 'Sales King,' was awarded to PA Choi Myung-im from the Busan Business Unit. PA Choi, who has been steadily active since 1994 and has 1,659 clients, achieved the Sales King title for the first time this year. Born in 1960, last year she recorded 774 long-term new contracts and a premium income of 3.83 billion KRW.

Meanwhile, DB Insurance operates various annual award selection criteria by category. This year, instead of awarding only a few top performers, 93 recipients of the 'Challenge Award'?selected by meeting certain performance and customer satisfaction indicators (retention rate, incomplete sales rate)?and 419 DBRT (Hall of Fame) members were chosen. For planners in their 3rd to 5th years, the 'Vision Club Award' was given to encourage continuous activity and growth vision; the 'Customer Activity Award' was presented to those excelling in customer management service; and the 'Social Contribution Activity Award' was given to those outstanding in community volunteer work.

Jung Jong-pyo, CEO of DB Insurance, urged, "With the belief in Bonrip Doseong?that if you keep to the basics and principles, a path forward will emerge?please remain faithful to the fundamentals of your duties."
