On the 17th, Krafton announced that it will invest 40.8 billion KRW in Migaloo, a US-based metaverse service development and operation company.
After the investment, the shareholding ratio will be 85%.
Krafton stated that the purpose of this measure is "to establish a joint venture for entering the metaverse platform business and to secure future growth engines."
