BNK Financial Group Holds ChatGPT Lecture for Employees

On the 17th, BNK Financial Group held a lecture titled ‘Understanding and Utilizing ChatGPT’ at the Busan Bank headquarters to strengthen the digital capabilities of the group’s executives and employees.

About 500 deputy branch managers from the group and its affiliates attended the lecture.

‘ChatGPT’ is a conversational AI service developed by the American artificial intelligence company ‘OpenAI.’ Following a special lecture for executives held on the 7th to proactively learn about generative AI and ChatGPT, which are recognized as core technologies of future industries, BNK organized this lecture.

On this day, Lee Im-bok, CEO of the ‘Second Brain Research Institute,’ which studies IT trends, served as the lecturer and explained the development and trends of future technologies, the influence of conversational AI, focusing on cases of ChatGPT utilization.

The lecture on 'Understanding and Utilizing ChatGPT' is currently in progress.

CEO Lee said, “What we need to do now is to ask more questions about the future,” adding, “Having curiosity about the future from various perspectives and collaborating well with artificial intelligence is the way to enhance future competitiveness.”

A BNK official who attended the lecture said, “We expect that the understanding of the group’s executives and employees regarding the latest AI technology will be significantly enhanced through today’s lecture,” and added, “BNK will actively utilize AI technology to strengthen the financial productivity of the group and its affiliates and to improve customer satisfaction.”
