Kim Jin-bu, Chairman of the Gyeongnam Provincial Council, was inaugurated as the permanent representative of the 2nd Gyeongnam Innovation Forum on the 16th.

The Gyeongnam Innovation Forum was launched in October 2020 through the voluntary participation of experts and citizens from various fields in the Gyeongnam region who shared a sense of crisis regarding the political, economic, and local development of South Korea.

Kim, the newly appointed permanent representative, said, “I am well aware of how heavy and important the position of permanent representative is,” adding, “I will devote myself to serving as a bridge connecting the political circles of the Gyeongnam region and the central government, as well as listening carefully to every opinion to unite the will of Gyeongnam for its development.”
