Nuri Infos, a company specializing in software development, implementation, and IT outsourcing, announced on the 17th that it successfully completed the ‘Innerjin’ project, an online direct sales specialized shopping mall for KGC Life & Jin, at the end of last month. The system development period was approximately eight months.
Since its opening in January this year, the Innerjin mall offers a variety of brand products including ‘Jung Kwan Jang’, cosmetics brand ‘Donginbi’, health functional foods ‘Heavenbee’, and pet food ‘Genie Pet’. Direct sales agents (Innerjin partners) use this platform to sell products to consumers remotely, and consumers can register the name of the direct sales agent to purchase products remotely. Of course, direct purchases without going through direct sales agents are also possible.
The Innerjin project is a task to combine IT technology with KGC Life & Jin’s offline sales channels to effectively utilize the advantages of online distribution and direct sales. It involves creating a shopping mall homepage and application that direct sales agents and consumers can use, while providing back-office functions that allow the company to manage product distribution and the direct sales organization within the shopping mall.
A key point is the implementation of ‘direct sales without visits.’ In the past, even if there was an online shopping channel, direct sales agents had to physically visit each home carrying heavy product bags for their sales to be recognized as their sales performance. In the Innerjin mall, direct sales agents can simply open the Innerjin app on their smartphones and perform sales tasks conveniently without making purchases during working hours and locations. Sales are possible even when customers are away from home due to work or overseas stays, or when agents find it difficult to travel. The sales performance made by direct sales agents in the Innerjin mall is linked to their income and incentives. While similar to traditional direct sales, it is differentiated by the fact that promotion and sales occur online.
The main functions Nuri Infos built in the Innerjin project include ▲product management ▲order management ▲content management ▲member management ▲promotion ▲reward plan analysis. Users can search and order products based on a convenient user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). Additionally, security is enhanced to safely protect customer personal information and payment details.
Lee Geum-yong, Executive Director of Distribution at Nuri Infos, said, “As a leading IT company differentiated in building systems for distribution networks and store management, we will continue to meet diverse customer demands with the latest technology and reliable IT solutions.”
