Hanjin Selected as Implementing Agency for '2023 Online Export Joint Logistics Project'

Hanjin announced on the 17th that it has been selected as an executing agency for the ‘2023 Online Export Joint Logistics Project’ organized by the Small and Medium Business Corporation (hereinafter referred to as SBC).

The 'Online Export Joint Logistics Project' is part of the ‘E-commerce Export Market Entry Project,’ which has been operated since 2017 to alleviate the logistics burden and strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises' online exports. This year, more than 20 logistics companies, including Hanjin, were selected as executing agencies.

In October 2019, Hanjin launched the ‘One-Click Courier Service’ to enable small business owners and individual sellers to use courier services at reasonable prices and with simple functions. In September 2022, Hanjin introduced ‘Global One-Click,’ an easy and convenient overseas shipping service to support domestic global sellers’ overseas expansion.

Hanjin Selected as Implementing Agency for '2023 Online Export Joint Logistics Project'

The 2023 Online Export Joint Logistics Project period runs from early May to the end of November after the selection of participating companies. Hanjin will offer ongoing discounts on overseas shipping services targeting five countries (the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore) through Global One-Click. Additionally, fulfillment and last-mile services will be provided through logistics hubs including Gimpo Airport Logistics Center, Incheon Airport GDC, and global logistics bases in the United States and Japan.

SBC plans to recruit about 1,700 companies participating in the logistics support of the Online Export Joint Logistics Project by the 27th. Companies wishing to participate can apply through GoBizKorea.

A Hanjin official stated, “Being selected as an executing agency for the joint logistics project organized by SBC will not only help reduce export logistics costs for small and medium enterprises but also allow Hanjin to secure customers for its excellent global logistics platform. We will continue to provide logistics services that support the growth of individual entrepreneurs and small business owners through our global logistics platform.”
