[Breaking] KT Confirms 5 Experts for Governance Reform TF

KT announced on the 17th that it has confirmed five external experts for the "New Governance Establishment TF," which will be responsible for reforming the appointment procedures for the CEO and outside directors.

The external members of the TF are Professor Kim Jun-gi from Seoul National University Graduate School of Public Administration, Professor Sunwoo Seok-ho, Professor Emeritus at Hongik University, Professor Jo Myung-hyun from Korea University Business School, outside director Joo Hyung-hwan of Hyundai Mipo Dockyard and Hotel Shilla, and Assistant Professor Alicia Ogawa from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.
