On the 17th, when the toll exemption for two-way congestion charges in Namsan Tunnels 1 and 3 began, vehicles passing through the tollgate of Namsan Tunnel 3 in Jung-gu, Seoul were moving slowly. Seoul City will waive tolls for one month starting from the 17th. During this period, traffic volume and other data will be analyzed to decide the congestion toll policy within this year.
