On the 14th, Changwon City in Gyeongnam held a herbal medicine support project agreement ceremony with the Changwon City Korean Medicine Association to promote citizens' health.
This agreement was prepared as part of the social service activities of the Changwon City Korean Medicine Association to help improve the health and strengthen the immunity of basic livelihood security recipients and low-income citizens who have difficulty receiving medical benefits from Korean medicine clinics due to economic difficulties.
Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam held an agreement ceremony with the Changwon Association of Korean Medicine Doctors for a herbal medicine support project to promote citizens' health.
원본보기 아이콘The herbal medicine support project is planned to continue for the next three years, and this year, herbal medicine will be provided to about 450 people through the participation of 56 Korean medicine clinics affiliated with the Changwon City Korean Medicine Association.
The Changwon City Korean Medicine Association is engaged in various medical volunteer activities such as the Changwon City Senior Citizens' Center Health Care Doctor Project, medical volunteer services at the Changwon City Mobile Workers' Shelter, and the Education Office's Priority Support Project for Educational Welfare.
Chairman Choi Jung-gi said, "Through the talent donation of the Changwon City Korean Medicine Association, we are continuously carrying out health promotion projects for those in need of health care," and added, "We will continue to participate in various social contribution activities in the future."
Mayor Hong Nam-pyo said, "I am grateful for the intentions of Chairman Choi Jung-gi of the Changwon City Korean Medicine Association and the many directors who continuously practice sharing. It is expected to greatly help improve the health of citizens."
