Mercedes-Benz Opens Tickets for 2023 AMG Driving Academy

Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 14th that it will begin selling season tickets for the 2023 season of its driving education program, the ‘AMG Driving Academy.’

Since its launch in October 2018, the AMG Driving Academy has consistently received positive responses from domestic customers and performance enthusiasts. It is a systematic and professional driving program developed by Mercedes-AMG headquarters in Germany. Certified domestic professional instructors provide step-by-step customized programs tailored to the participants' skill levels and characteristics.

Starting this year, the program has expanded to include not only internal combustion AMG vehicles but also the latest models from Mercedes-AMG EQ, Mercedes-Benz’s high-performance pure electric vehicle lineup. Additionally, the ‘AMG Driving Academy Family Program’ has been added, offering pure electric performance models and programs that the whole family can enjoy together. Participants will be offered a diverse range of model and brand experiences.

The ‘Family Program’ allows one parent to enjoy the AMG Driving Academy while the other guardian and children spend quality time through an Everland VIP tour and a Forest Camp picnic. Along with this, a taxi driving experience at AMG Speedway will be provided, creating special memories for the entire family. The ‘Family Program’ can be purchased additionally when participating in specific AMG Driving Academy programs held on weekends and public holidays.

Jinkyung Park, Executive Director of Marketing at Mercedes-Benz Korea, said, “The 2023 Driving Academy not only offers programs to experience AMG’s overwhelming performance but also adds a new family program option so that participants can enjoy the fun with their families. We plan to meet domestic customers and performance driving enthusiasts with a more enjoyable and enriched program.”

The 2023 AMG Driving Academy, starting on the 28th, will be held at AMG Speedway located in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. Anyone aged 18 or older with a driver’s license can apply and participate through the Buy Online menu on the Mercedes-Benz Korea website.
