The 99㎡ exclusive area type was traded at 1 billion KRW on March 10, which is 30 million KRW higher than the January transaction price.


In the pre-sale market, one-stop Haksegwon apartments are also showing good performance. In particular, 'Yeongdeungpo Xi Dignity,' which held its subscription in early March, highlighted the educational environment with Dangjung Elementary School, Mullae Middle School, and Gwanak High School within walking distance, closing the first priority subscription with an average competition rate of 198.8 to 1.


An industry insider said, "Another advantage of one-stop Haksegwon is the sustainable educational environment. Since elementary, middle, and high schools are all nearby, there is no need for multiple moves for children’s education, which seems to maintain steady preference among the 30s and 40s real demand generation."


Meanwhile, in Sinjugeo Munhwa Town, the last planned district of Dongtan 2 New Town, 'Dongtan New Town Geumgang Pentarium Phase 6 Central Park,' where daycare centers, kindergartens, and elementary, middle, and high schools are all accessible by walking, will officially begin its pre-sale schedule on the 14th.


'Dongtan New Town Geumgang Pentarium Phase 6 Central Park' is a large apartment complex located in Sinjugeo Munhwa Town of Dongtan 2 New Town, consisting of 14 buildings ranging from one basement floor to a maximum of 20 floors, with a total of 1,103 households. The subscription schedule is as follows: special supply subscription starts on the 17th (Monday), followed by first priority on the 18th (Tuesday), and second priority on the 19th (Wednesday). The winners will be announced on the 26th (Wednesday), and official contracts will be signed over five days from May 8th (Monday) to May 12th (Friday).
