Namhae-gun, Gyeongnam, held the ‘Namhae Seafood Eating Day (DAY) Season 2’ event on the 12th at the Government Sejong Complex to promote high-quality agricultural and marine products from Namhae.
‘Namhae Seafood Eating Day (DAY)’ is an event planned to promote excellent seafood from Namhae-gun. Season 1 was held in connection with four sister cities of Namhae-gun, including Mapo-gu in Seoul, Hampyeong-gun, and Yeosu-si, targeting a total of about 1,200 employees.
Gyeongnam Namhae-gun held the 'Namhae Seafood Eating Day (DAY) Season 2' event at the Government Sejong Complex.
원본보기 아이콘‘Namhae Seafood Eating Day (DAY) Season 2’ took place at the cafeterias used by about 900 employees of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety within the Government Sejong Complex.
For lunch, Namhae-gun’s agricultural and marine products were served, including anchovy ssambap made using fresh anchovy kits from Namhae-gun Fisheries Cooperative and seasoned spinach. Additionally, there was time to promote various products produced and sold in Namhae-gun, such as fish soy sauce, natural seasonings, and bracken.
A Namhae-gun official said, “Thanks to the high interest of the Government Sejong Complex employees, the event was successfully concluded. We will further intensify our promotional efforts so that the interest in Namhae agricultural and marine products received through ‘Namhae Seafood Eating Day (DAY)’ can continue.”
