Lotte ON Surpasses 1 Million Cumulative Subscribers for L-Stamp

Lotte ON announced on the 14th that the cumulative number of subscribers to ‘L.Stamp,’ Lotte Group’s integrated online and offline reward service, has surpassed 1 million.

L.Stamp is a service that awards stamps based on the number of visits to over 15,000 Lotte offline stores and online malls nationwide, including Lotte Department Store, Lotte World, Lotte Cinema, Lotteria, and 7-Eleven. Up to 50 stamps can be collected each month, and customers can enter prize draws based on the number of stamps accumulated.

The number of new subscribers each month is growing by double digits compared to the previous month. Analysis of L.Stamp customer data shows that 80% of new members actually earned stamps after purchasing products. Additionally, L.Stamp members visited the Lotte ON application (app) more than twice as often monthly compared to all customers, and the number of L.Stamps earned on Lotte ON after purchasing products at Lotte Department Store offline locations last month increased more than fourfold compared to the first month.

To celebrate reaching 1 million L.Stamp subscribers, Lotte ON is introducing Beauty Stamps and new prizes. Beauty Stamps are benefits provided to club members of ‘On and the Beauty,’ Lotte ON’s beauty vertical service. On and the Beauty club members receive one additional L.Stamp when purchasing beauty products.

L.Stamp operates by changing the prizes offered based on the number of stamps accumulated each month. This month, customers who collect all 50 L.Stamps will be entered into a draw to win a ‘Dior Lady D-JOY Medium Bag Beige.’ Other prizes such as the ‘Louis Vuitton Tilsitt’ and the ‘Miu Miu Wonder Matelass? Napa Leather Hobo Bag’ also offer chances to participate in the draw depending on the number of stamps earned.

A Lotte ON official stated, "We plan to further enhance L.Stamp by introducing new benefits and services that customers want, and will focus more on expanding membership."
