Hampyeong-gun is taking the lead in creating a favorable environment for having and raising children.
On the 13th, Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do, announced that it is promoting various maternal and child health projects to reduce the economic burden on families with childbirth and childcare.
First, the county provided a 300,000 KRW enrollment congratulatory fund to 103 students entering elementary school in the 2023 academic year.
In addition, it offers various childcare-related information and health services through period-specific programs from pregnancy preparation to childbirth and childcare.
Customized health classes such as Pilates for pregnant women, pelvic exercises, healing crafts, and horticulture practice, as well as a 'Music Garden Music Class' for infants and toddlers (12 to 36 months), are scheduled to be operated.
A county official said, “We will continue to discover and implement detailed, customized childbirth and childcare support measures that residents can truly feel.”
