At around 2:52 PM on the 13th, a fire broke out at a waste recycling facility in Hallim-myeon, Gimhae-si, Gyeongnam, and firefighters are currently extinguishing it.


According to the Gyeongnam Fire Headquarters, 30 fire trucks, 1 helicopter, and 85 personnel were dispatched following a report from nearby residents who noticed black smoke.


There have been no reported casualties so far.


The fire authorities plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage once the fire is fully extinguished.
