Hite Jinro announced on the 13th that it will release the main commercial for the beer 'Kelly,' which was first shipped on the 4th.
The advertising campaign was created under the slogan 'The Twist of Lager' and consists of the 'Denmark Malt' version and the 'Double Maturation' version. Having explained the background of the new product Kelly through the pre-launch advertisement, the main commercial aims to emphasize the differences from existing beers.
First, the Denmark Malt version conveys the message that it is a lager made with 100% Danish premium malt, grown all year round exposed to sea breezes, resulting in a smooth taste. The video dramatically depicts barley with soft bubbles bursting under the sea breeze, accompanied by the narration, "This is not land. The new breeze of lager blows from the sea."
The Double Maturation version features a reversed screen twist, with actor Son Seok-gu and a wave of carbonated beer crashing behind fermentation tanks. This symbolically represents Kelly's characteristic strong carbonation achieved through a double maturation process: first matured at 7℃, then once more at -1.5℃.
The main commercial will be aired on TV channels and digital platforms starting today.
