Ceragem Offers '10-Year Free Warranty' on Master V7 Core Components

On the 13th, Ceragem announced that it will extend the free warranty period for two 'core components' of its new product, Master V7 Meditech, to 10 years. These are the V and H reduction motors inside the Ceracore engine, essential parts for performing key functions.

The V reduction motor moves the massage module up and down to help with spinal disorders. It supports vertical traction and focused heating functions. The H reduction motor moves the massage module from the neck (cervical spine) to the lower back (lumbar spine), precisely scanning the length and curvature of the spine, and helps deliver heat and massage stimulation to the spinal area.

All customers, from those who pre-ordered to those who purchased after the official launch, can benefit from the extended warranty period. Even after the free warranty period (5 years) for rentals ends, free A/S service is available if there is a problem with the operation of the V or H reduction motors.

The Ceragem Master V7 Meditech is a recently launched flagship product. It integrates 'Ceragem Technology,' the core technology and healthcare know-how accumulated over 25 years. It has also strengthened its product expertise by obtaining approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for five intended uses: treatment of intervertebral disc (disc) herniation, treatment of degenerative stenosis, relief of muscle pain, improvement of blood circulation, and relief of menstrual pain. Over 1,700 contracts were made during pre-orders, and the first home shopping broadcast recorded approximately 4,700 calls, the highest ever for a single broadcast of a spinal medical device.
